Line Dancing
A movement-base class for all levels. It is a rhythmically choregraphed class with upbeat music and many dances that I am sure you know and love. Dancing and exercising all while moving to the beat.
Circuit Training
This class will be comprised of various weights and equipment to shape to and strengthen muscles, as well as improve cardiovascular system. All levels of modifications are used, Circuit Training will improve metabolic rate bone density and lean muscle mass.
Indoor Cycling
Spin is performed on a bike and focused on endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity rides.
Free Movement Class
A free moving cardio class to 60's-70's music. Great for those that find Zumba or Line Dancing a challenge. Feel good moving in your own special way.

Cardio Kickboxing, a great way to burn calories, relieve stress, and work the entire body. Learning a combination of punches, kicks to stay conditioned and healthy.
Aqua Fit
A low impact, but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. All wile using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.
Zumba Gold
A modified version of Zumba geared toward active, older adults seeking lower-impact workouts.
