New Class Times
Wednesdays
Please note that starting in June, Wednesday's Silver Circuit and Fit-4-Life class times will be switched. Fit-4-Life starts at 10:15am and Silver Circuit starts at 11:00am. Be sure to stay for the entire morning for complete workout waiting for you!
